you can't until you file your 2020 return. assuming you requested direct deposit, the IRS will eventually get around to sending you a paper check based on the address on your last return. if that is incorrect file a change of address with the USPS and form 8822 with the iRS
The only time you enter your banking information into the TurboTax software is when you are in the FILE section before you file. You cannot change your banking information after you file the return and it has been accepted. If you are worried about changing it for a second stimulus check---which Congress has not passed -- you will have to see if the IRS provides guidelines for entering different banking information. At this time there is no way to change it via TurboTax.
