No info in my docs. I did file with you last year

Chances are you have a different account that you didn't realize you had. This happens quite often, apparently it's really easy to create an account without realizing it.

To find out, sign out and go to the sign in window, the click on forgot my forgot my user ID or password then choose to have it emailed to you.

This will have an email sent to your email with a list of all the user IDs connected with that email account.
