No form to send in to DC to finish filing taxes?
This summer I had an internship in DC but was not a DC resident. I paid taxes to PA, my home state, and nothing to DC. I already filed my returns using Turbotax, which is saying I need to print my DC return to send in the mail. When I download this DC form, all that shows up is instructions from Turbotax and no actual form from DC. I have no refund or amount owed to DC. Other forum posts have said you don't need to send in a form to DC if you're not a resident and nothing was withheld/owed. I have already completed the filing process so it's too late to delete DC as a state, and my Turbotax home is still marking the progress of my DC form. Is it ok if I don't send in anything to DC, considering there is no form to send in?

You do not need to do a DC return and are finished.
You can print this answer and put with tax file you keep for your records if you wish.
You are not required to file a DC return if you are a nonresident of DC unless you are claiming a refund of DC taxes withheld or DC estimated taxes paid.
See below if you need more details.
