I have already filed my Federal, NY, and NJ returns and found a missed W2 with $0.43 in Box 1. Is it necessary to amend my returns and file a W2 if it less than $0.50?

no....  as .43 does not round to $1 and therefore you do not have to amend as it rounds down to $0...
