Nj taxes says accepted on TurboTax but still haven’t received refund and also doesn’t show accepted on state site. How can I refile? 2023

Accepted only means the state accepted it for processing.  It does not mean approved.  I don’t know if the IRS or state ever says accepted.  You have to ask the state where it is.   They probably have a refund lookup on their website.
