@chompiras03 - yes amend 2020, however, first look on Line 30 of Form 1040, if you didn't receive the 2nd stimilus it should have been reflected on the original return. What is on that line?
Next ... if you did not claim the credit then check with the IRS. If they already sent the money amending the 2020 return and waiting for months to find this out is a waste of time. If they did send the second stimulus then you need to have a trace put on it and possibly a check reissued.
Double check your bank statements and Check your IRS account to see when and what they sent you (check both spouse's accounts if married)

If the IRS thinks they sent it to you but you didn't get it request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment

@chompiras03 when checking your transcript, you are looking for a transaction of $600 per taxypayer and should have a credit date somewhere in January, 2021 (could be late December, 2020, but I think January is more likely). if that credit is posted, it means the IRS sent you the money.....if you have no record of it, then follow @Critter-3 's instructions.
Thank you! I just confirmed - all credits show the given amount posted except for the one in question (2nd)
If you did not receive the 1st and/or 2nd stimulus check you can get it by filing a 2020 tax return and using the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review. It will end up on line 30 of a 2020 tax return and will be added to your refund (or reduce your tax due).
If you have already filed a 2020 return you must amend it for the credit on line 30.
Line 30 of my 1040 form has $1,800 ($600 per) - Does this mean I qualified? I looked all over my bank deposits & nothing.
So the RRC was on your return and part of your refund so did you get the refund ? Check with the IRS ... did they ever release the refund? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
