Never received my 2019 federal refund

Did you e-file your Federal return & was it accepted?  Once your return has been accepted & received by the IRS, TurboTax does not get any other information about the processing of your return.

For your Federal return, you can check the IRS Where's My Refund:

The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning. Do not press 1 for refund, press option 2 instead.

If you mailed in your return, then is can take awhile for the IRS to processed mailed in returns because during the their shutdown due to Covid, the IRS did process any mailed in returns.

@JackFiore  For 2019?   They might still be processing it.   

Did you efile?  Was your return Accepted?  Maybe you didn't finish filing or it rejected.

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. Just paying the fee doesn't file the return.  After you paid did you continue on to the very end and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you log into your account you should see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?
