What are you trying to correct? There are no lines or sections on a 2019 Form 1040 or any of the 3 supporting schedules that have a 74b or 74d.

What year? There is no more line 74 on 1040. Or on what other form or schedule?

Do you mean lines 4b and 4d for 1099R distributions?
