Need to re install prior years turbo tax programs. I have all the key codes

2025 Turbo Tax program requires an upgrade to Windows 11. All my prior years taxes can NOT be accessed anymore. I finally reached a customer service rep and he told me I need to delete the app from my desktop and reinstall it using my license number for that year. How do I find the link on turbo tax for that year to start the process? It's only giving me access to 2024. I need access to all my prior tax years.

To install prior-year go to this link: TurboTax Desktop software.  Sign in to your Intuit account on the TurboTax downloads page. Access "My Downloads" under Products and Billing to download past software, then run the installer and update the program to use your prior-year .tax files.

I didn't work. No one seems to know what to do. I bought and paid for these previous years and I have ZERO access to them. Why would any program force someone to upgrade to Windows11 to install a new program without have a fix in the system to access ALL the previous years tax programs. It's just STUPID!!!!! There needs to be something that can be done to correct this issue. I can't be the only one having these issues and I refuse to be locked out of my previous tax years programs. I paid for them, I want access to them.

If you purchased TurboTax products they are listed in your TurboTax account for download.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on Intuit Account on the lower left of the online program screen.

Click on Products & billing

Click on TurboTax

On the following screen all of your purchased TurboTax products will be shown.  Click on the link under each tax year License and downloads

It's telling me that the key was already used. Yes, it was used by me on this very same computer. Nothing different but the Windows

It won't let me because the program is still on my computer (in the background) since it was installed in an earlier windows product.
