Need to find my EIN but don't have a w2. How do I find it?

The EIN is Employer Identification Number.  This type of information you would have to submit on your tax return.  TurboTax does not provide this information to you.  You stated you do not have a w2, which is where you would find this information.  You will have to contact your employer and have them provide you with the EIN or request a copy of your w2 from them.
