Need to adjust Health savings account deduction from $2000 to $2240 in 2022. how do I amend return?

This is line 13 in schedule 1. I forgot I was contributing $20 a month as well as the $2000 end of year contribution.

were you making direct payments to the HSA or was this deducted from your paycheck?
