Need copies of 2014, 2015, and 2016 tax returns.

If you're using Federal Free Edition for your 2016 taxes, you can get access to all prior-year returns that were filed under the same login by upgrading and completing your PLUS purchase.

For other versions, you'll get access to your prior-year returns filed once you've paid your 2016 TurboTax Online fees.

Signing in with the wrong login is the number one reason (by far!) customers can't find a return in their Tax Timeline.

We can provide you with a list of User IDs tied to your email address, which you can then try signing in with. Simply enter your e-mail address here and click Continue.

Other possibilities are listed below.

Did you use the TurboTax software instead of TurboTax Online?

If so, your return is stored locally on your computer's hard drive. We don't store your return on our servers like we do with TurboTax Online.

Look for your return on your Windows or Mac computer, or request a copy from the IRS (filed returns only).

Did you file your return with H&R Block, TaxACT, or somebody else?

We don't have copies of returns prepared by H&R Block, TaxACT, TaxSlayer, Jackson Hewitt, Taxbrain, Liberty, or anybody else. Just TurboTax Online.

Contact the company or individual who prepared your return, or order a copy from the IRS.
