My WMR still shows as, "We have received your tax return and it is being processed." I filed on the 29th of January and I still have not gotten my refund or any update.

Due to the PATH Act, many Federal refunds have been delayed. If you claimed the Earned Income Credit (EIC) or Additional Child Tax Credit, you can expect to hear something soon as the IRS states that they will begin issuing those refunds starting today. The FAQ below provides further details.

Do you know what would be a good time to check my WMR for updates?

I would say to check again tomorrow because today is the first date for issuing many of the PATH Act returns. If you don't have an update tomorrow just keep checking periodically as you should be issued your refund soon.
