My WMR bar was approved but not sent and I thought NetSpend is suppose to deposit you're Refund a day early. Why was my Refund not deposited on my NetSpend this morning?

Not sure why you thought your refund would be a day early. You will get your refund after the IRS issues it.

Because NetSpend advertise that u can get your refund back a day earlier.....today would make it 1 day early.
