My wi refund went to zero dollars when i want to print my amend forms

If you are referring to the refund meter on the left side of the screen, this is normal.  The refund meter will "zero" out whenever you start an amendment.  This is because the refund meter will only show the differences between your original return and your amended return.  It does not show the total refund.
