My Turbotax prepared return does not include a 2nd page on my 1040 (signature page). Is it disabled?

The new 1040 form is only one page long now. At the bottom of the page you should see the 2 sections titled "Refund' and below that "Amount you owe". The signature section is now in the middle of the page.
