My turbo Visa card keeps getting returned? I've had it sent to me twice but both times it's never been recieved and has gotten returned.

I've had to have my card sent to me twice now and both times it's been returned. I've gone to my post office and they havent gotten anything from turbo tax, but when I called the turbo number it would say my card was at the post office. But it never was and I still havent received my tax return because of this. I cant do the online or app thing either to check it because it requires a the card number and wants me to activate my card but I cant really do that without the card ya know? Ive tried calling the customer support and I just get put on hold for hours (was literally on hold for 3 hours today). I'm just wondering what is going on and what I can do to finally recieve my card and money.

Please try calling Support at the following number (866) 795-7597 for assistance. We are not able to see your card information here on the forum.

I've tried calling every day for the past week and am put on hold for hours.

Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options. You can also click the link below for information regarding not receiving your Turbo Visa Debit Card:

Or you can follow the steps listed below, when calling:

  1. Listen to the recording 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthdate.

I have tried that and still get put on hold for hours with no answer. This is getting ridiculous.  I NEED my money. This is very unprofessional

I just dont understand why I can get a "specialist " to answer me on a q&a but I cant get someone to answer a phone

Unfortunately, in the forum we do not have access to the TurboTax card information. Please click here for the customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.
