My turbo card account apparently is closed and my second stimulus check got direct deposited in said account how do I get my money of that account

My card is gone so I have no way of doing anything

if the account is closed, it will bounce back to the IRS and they will mail a paper check to the address on file

Even though I got a notification saying it was add to the closed account
