Do you mean the Refund Advance?  For this, please make sure the primary taxpayer's name matches the Credit Karma account associated with the Refund Advance.  If it does, please reach back out here in the thread for further assistance.

Yes it matches .. I'm the only one on the return.

If it matches, the next step is to reach out directly to Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
