My taxes were amended last year i will not do my taxes with turbo tax until i know why

Who amended them?  Did you amend it?  Did the IRS change your return?  They should have sent you a letter.  Only you can amend your return.  Turbo Tax can't touch your return.  Only you can access your return.

Amended-----by you?  Do you mean you prepared and filed a Form 1040X to amend your return? 

Or do you mean that the IRS or the state changed your refund amount?   That is not the same thing as "amending."

Lots of people made mistakes on their 2021 returns that resulted in reduced refunds or even in owing instead of receiving refunds.   The problems were mostly with the recovery rebate credit for the stimulus payments or with the child tax credit.  If the IRS changed your refund for those, they sent you a letter to explain.

Did you have amounts on line 28 or line 30 of your 2021 return?
