The IRS begin accepting returns on 1/29/18. It usually takes within 21 days of acceptance if you e-file with direct deposit. This article will provide more information on the refund process and timeline.

If the IRS website says processing, then that means they are working on it still.

You can keep checking their website for a release date.   You can track your refund with the IRS and through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.
