My taxes were accepted FEB.11 and I havent received return yet why did I pay turbo tax for a quick and hasslefree return when im still waiting

Your return is the tax form that you file with the IRS.  Only the IRS controls the timing of your refund.  Once TT tells you that the IRS has Accepted your return for processing, then government has it, and TT receives no further updates.  The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings,  ongoing tax law changes, and several million unprocessed  2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.  Lots of folks are waiting (and not just TT customers), so please continue to be patient.

Same for me called IRS told me turbo tax messed up my taxes said they sent in that I didn’t get the stimulus checks when I did had adjustment done said I’ll get a letter and my refund could be in 5 weeks or more good luck hope you get better news it’s turbo tax fault just ask the irs rep when you call
