What do you mean sent by mail?  Does Turbo Tax say Printed or Ready to Mail?  Did you print it out and mail it yourself at the Post Office?  I assume you are waiting for a Refund?  You efile or mail your tax return to the IRS and state.  Mailed returns take longer for the IRS to process.

Do you mean that YOU mailed in your tax return four weeks ago to the IRS?   It takes at least four weeks or more of the IRS to open the envelope and enter your information into the system, so it can take several additional weeks (or more) before you receive your refund.  Did you use a service like certified mail to get confirmation that the IRS received the return?   Have you tried to track the refund by using the IRS refund site?  That is how you track it--you have to do that for yourself.  TurboTax will not know if your refund has been sent to you.

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:
