The IRS site has no information about your state refunds.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

This is a user community forum, and we won't know anything about your KS state refund here, but we can tell you how to get help. Do you want to know how to speak to the folks at the Kansas Department of Revenue to check on your state refund? I'm leaving you that info below. If there's a delay in your KS state refund, they are the only ones who can give you any information.
You said you are certain that the Kansas state return was accepted. So I assume that when you log into your Online TurboTax account, the Tax Home shows that the Kansas state return was accepted. Is that correct?
But you also wrote "It says: We're sorry but there is no record of your filing." What is the "it" that has no record? What is saying that? We don't know what you are looking at. If you are looking at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, that is NOT the site to look at for a Kansas state refund; the IRS site is only for a Federal refund.
In any case, that seems to be contradicted by your next statement that the Kansas refund site shows that they have "received it and are still processing it."
So are you saying that your Kansas refund is indeed showing up in the state refund tool at the Kansas DOR website at this link?

If so, then they are the only ones that can explain to you any reason for a delay.
You can phone the Kansas DOR during their business hours Monday-Friday 8AM - 5 PM and speak to a live DOR agent.
Here's the contact page.

I know one can use the main phone number, which is displayed under the Topeka office; i.e., the area code 785 number. Listen to all the menu options. It should have an option that will allow you to speak to a DOR agent there during business hours.
I don't know if the other 2 offices will have a similar menu.
