My taxes are being held because I either filed earned income credit or extra child credit they were excepted on feb 2 how long do I have to wait

If you are filing your returns that claim the earned income tax credit or additional child tax credit, the IRS will start processing those returns after February 15th, and anticipate being able to update tax payers accounts with a refund date around the 22nd.
