My tax return isn't here yet. submitted on 01/31/19. irs.gov-'where's my tax return' states that it doesn't have info on when i can expect my return. what should I do?

I would probably call at this point. Most tax refunds are back within 21 days.

There are a good number of people experiencing delays with identity verification this year. And, some returns get held for review.
