If
you efiled your tax return and chose direct deposit, the IRS indicates that the
processing time is generally within 21 days.
There are different situations that can affect the timing

If "where's my refund?" is showing a direct deposit date, then it will take up to 5 days after that date for your bank to process that deposit. If it is past the 5 day time frame and you still dont have a deposit, it is possible that you might have transposed a number on your bank account and routing information that you entered in to Turbo Tax. If this is the case, then the IRS will mail you a check after they have made 3 attempts make the direct deposit.
