My tax refund paper check was mailed to me friday (02/09/2018) and i was expecting it this week but it didnt come. what is the hold up???

but I was just told by one your agents that it should come today or before today. I have stuff to do with that money and its MY MONEY and they just holding on it. people have stuff to do and yall playing around

Once your return is transmitted to the IRS and accepted, TurboTax no longer has any information on it. The IRS states that a mailed refund can take up to 5-6 weeks for delivery. If they mailed your refund check on the 9th as you stated, then it would be in the hands of the United States Post Office. You can contact the IRS at (1-800-829-1040) for further assistance.
