My state tax was alot more than what they put in my account. Is there a reason for that. Will I get all my money?

My state tax was alot more than what they put in my account. Is there a reason for that. Will I get all my money?
Sometimes a change is made to your tax return by the State Department of Revenue/Taxation or it could be due to an offset. When a change is made you will receive a notice in the mail (It may take several weeks).
If it is due to an offset, all or part of a taxpayers refund may have been used (offset) to pay off state income tax, state unemployment compensation debts, child support, spousal support.
