My state refund tracker is saying no refund with the info i put is on file and i guess you got to pay 30 dollars to ask them why its not showing up?

When tracking your state refund, only input the amount you are expected to receive from state. DO NOT include your federal in the amount. Please review the following TurboTax FAQ on tracking your state refund:
