My state refund issue date saying it is today, March 2nd, but when I check my bank account it’s not there. Does it go to a Turbo Tax account first and then they send it to my bank account?

No, TT never receives refunds.  It goes directly from your state to your bank.

Ok thank you! I’m just concerned because this is my first time doing my own taxes and I hope I didn’t mess anything up. I contacted Missouri Department of Revenue by email and they suggest I give it 5-7 business days to go from their system to my bank. I hope they’re right. I’ve just never had to wait like that before.
