My state NY state refund was accepted on March. It's June 6th and I haven't received anything. Why?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

This is what the Department of Taxation and Finance  said: 

"We processed your tax return and issued your refund to you on (MARCH 25, 2021). Please check with your financial institution to confirm you received your refund. See Understanding your refund status on our website." what should I do next??

How did you choose to receive the state tax refund?  If it was mailed it may be lost in the mail.  If it was a direct deposit the bank may have rejected the deposit.

Verify how you chose to receive the tax refund by looking at the State Filing Instructions when using Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
