My state and federal show accepted on turbo tax how ever when I call irs my state and federal are still on process as well as when I check online is this normal?

Irs website I know I'd messed up but is the phone up to date? Why is it still processing? Turbo tax shows accepted on 2-10-21

Turbo Tax will always say Accepted. It is not updated when the IRS or State sends your refund. Accepted only means the IRS or state verified your identity and accepted your return FOR PROCESSING. Once they accept your return then Turbo Tax is done with their part and doesn't get any updates on your refund.

Accepted means received for processing.  And they are still being processed.  This is normal.  Approved is a later step.  While the IRS goal is 21 days, it's taking longer this year.

I guess my question is should I be worried it's been over 21 days I filed in mid January

But when was it Accepted?  The IRS didn't open efiling until Feb 12 so it just waited on Turbo Tax servers until the IRS pulled it.
