My second page of my federal return is not visible and cannot be printed. I need to print it now.

The entire 1040 form fits on one side of a 8.5 x 11 piece of paper now.  The 1040 form was completely revised in 2018.  It is now much shorter and is only 23 lines long.  The form is two pages but one side is 1/2 a sheet of paper. If you look at the printed form, you will see the signature line in the middle of the page as that is the bottom of page 1 of the form. 

The other line items that used to be on the 1040 form are now moved out to six different schedules (Schedules 1 to 6).  And the 1040A and 1040EZ form have been discontinued.
