Turbo tax says both my returns Fed and Or state has accepted my returns, Fed has refunded me, yet EVERY time 4 Oregon it says they have NO record of my filing.why?

It's not unusual for state returns to remain in pending status several days after the federal return has already been accepted.

my filing on state doesn't even indicate "pending" or "accepted" it simply says they have NO record. is your answer still what I should assume, or why isn't there anywhere to follow-up ... I do not want to wait to long and have it never being received or processed

This is not unusual. Sometimes the state websites take a while to update. If you have confirmed that your e-file was successful, then you are good.

my returns to download all are with draft note saying do not file. form not complete

fyi: Oregon site now says they won't issue statuses or refunds until AFTER 2015-2018
