My returned has been accepted but one number of my social security in incorrect, do i need to amend my return?

my return has been approved and wrongly applied to  student loan which is not mind. I noticed my social security is wrong.

Yes, you need to file an amended return. You can file the amended return after the original return you filed has been accepted or mailed in.
