when I tracked online there were notes in there about one of my dependents not meeting the age requirements, my oldest just turned 21 in 2021

A dependent age 17 or older in 2020 is not eligible for a stimulus payment on the 2020 tax return.

my question is not about a stimulus payment or if they are eligible but about actual federal tax refund money and that they said one of my dependents could not be claimed on my return as a dependent
