The TurboTax account will always indicate Ready to Mail since the program has no way to know when or even if the tax return was ever mailed.
If you are due a tax refund then you can check the IRS website for federal tax refunds about 4 weeks after mailing the tax return - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Due to the virus shutdown in March no paper returns have been processed in the last 10 weeks so the normal processing time frame doesn't hold true ... expect the return to take 16 weeks or longer this year.

Turbo Tax will always say Printed or Ready to Mail. They don't know when or if you actually mailed it and the IRS doesn't tell or update Turbo Tax when they get your return.
4 weeks after mailing you can start checking IRS Where's my refund
Did you get a tracking number from the post office? And mail federal and state in separate envelopes to different places?
But the IRS just started opening the mail that's been stacking up do it might take a while to process your return. See this IRS page for the latest information
