My return, per TurboTax, was accepted on Feb 12. I have not received my refund and the irs site says still processing. The irs number always hangs up. What should I do?

The irs has my correct bank info for direct deposit.

You are not alone.  The IRS is seriously backlogged because of all the extra stimulus filings, as well as several million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.   In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.   But if TT told you the IRS has Accepted your filing, then the government has it for processing, and TT receives no further updates.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.

In addition,  the IRS has just started sending out Stimulus #3, and it will take a few weeks for everyone to get theirs.  It comes separately, not as part of your 2020 tax refund.  See:

Thanks! I just saw that the site said not to call unless it had been three weeks since filing, in my case five, so I thought that meant I should’ve received it by now. Further, I know others who filed in March and already received their refunds. I suppose I shouldn’t assume any sort of logical ordering to their processing system 😀
