My refund was deposited by Irs but my bank says they don’t have it

Does the IRS refund site say that they issued your refund?  When does it say that the refund was issued?   Have you allowed up to five days for it to post to your account?  Did you choose to have the TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?   That takes some extra time.
