My refund still processing irs put me under review for 45 days from feb 15. Im hearing people that are under review whom hasn't received a letter yet should receive the refund by the 12th of March, I

There is no set time table for reviews ... so all you can do is wait patiently for the refund to be released or another notice in the mail.
