It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4495802

According to the IRS website, it is less than 21 days for e-filers from the date your return was accepted if there are no delays in your return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5340655
