My refund says 2/18/2019? I haven't received anything and why?

TT refund dates are just estimated.  And today is a Federal holiday; the banks are closed.

The TurboTax Refund Tracker, on the other hand, projects an estimated date range on when you can expect your refund, based on other TurboTax customers who have already received their refunds.

Once the IRS releases the refund it is up to your bank to acknowledge it and post it to your account .... look online at your bank ... is the deposit pending ?

my bank doesn't show a deposit pending and the irs hasn't said approved or released
