My refund is missing $130 and came from TPG Products. Where's my money?

This is ridiculous and I see others with the same issue. I was not informed of any additional fees for this.

Same here. My refund came back and is $3,000 smaller than what turbo tax said it would be. Been using them for 7 years and this is the last time I will ever use them.

people are already skeptical of financial tech. This shows how unstable it is. I’m done with them.

If you had your fees deducted from your refund, there is a fee for this. You can view the fees associated with your return by clicking here. 

If your return is short by more than what Turbo Tax advised, the IRS will send a letter explaining why it was different. You can click here to contact the IRS.
