My refund is HALF what it should be and comes from TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC

My federal return is almost HALF what it should be, and comes from TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC.  Is TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC affiliated with TurboTax? I was supposed to receive $6615 federal, and only received $3668. Is this an advance on what I am supposed to receive from the IRS and I'll get the rest later?

Well, if requested a Refund Advance then this is possibly an advance.  However, if you did not request a refund advance then it is an adjustment.

In any event you will have to wait for a Notice of Explanation from the IRS.  

TurboTax does not have any information on adjustments made by the IRS.  TurboTax is no longer involved in your tax return after the IRS has accepted it.
