My refund is due February 22nd around what time will i receive the refund? I have direct deposit so will i expect my refund on the 22nd?

The IRS does not give a time. Even the date for receiving a tax refund is only an estimate.  It takes additional time for refunds to be processed after leaving the IRS, and for financial institutions to accept and deposit them to bank accounts and products like debit cards. 

Even though the IRS issues 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.

If it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, see the information below to contact the IRS.  They will be able to check the status for you.
