My refund is deposited into my turbo card and I have had trouble getting my card, how do I switch it to my NetSpend card that I already have?

It's been approved for over a month and I still can't get my money.please help.

An Accepted return does not indicate the payment date.  Check on the status of your actual payment here: Where's My Refund?   If this shows that your payment was sent, contact the card issuer with the number on the back of the card for assistance.

I never received a card, my address is 15 darbfork Rd Hazard KY 41701.please help me resolve this matter.it was ready April 27th and I still haven't received it

@Robbie42 Please return to your post and remove the personal information that you posted here on a very public web site that can be seen by everyone including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.   Click the three little blue dots on the upper right so you can edit out the personal information for your own security.
