My refund had been excepted but I have not received a receive date its been over a week

The IRS releases most refunds within 21 days of the date the IRS accepts the return. The exception would be if you claimed either the earned income credit or child tax credit, in which case your refund would not be released until the week of the 27th at the earliest.
