My original amended refund was never received. So the irs are re-sending a new one. How long will this process take before I receive the new one?

They re-processed it today. Will I receive it within a week or two? Or after a whole six weeks

The IRS has stated that the typical time to process a tax return is 21 days, but there may be delays for many reasons.

TurboTax can not project the time to get your refund.  The IRS has the real control.

Sorry but no this not even close to being the answer I need for this particular question.

Did you talk to the IRS?

agreeing to replace a check is just the first step.

The IRS goes through their process, and a check will be approved.

Then you need to get on the next check-mailing cycle.

Then you have to wait for US Mail.

Don't hold your breath.
