My old PC failed. I can’t access ANY of my tears if TT, or the PDF files I saved. Including the 2023 1040 I started. I already purchased the 2023 edition. Please help.

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

When you use the CD/Download TurboTax software installed on your computer, you are responsible for making backup copies of the files on another device, removable media such as a USB drive, or in online ("cloud") backup.
